Happy Friday! How are you?
I wanted to talk about queens empowering other queens for a moment. Recently, I saw some terrible behavior on Facebook where some women were victim-shaming one woman who'd been through a terrible ordeal. I won't go into the specifics but honestly, I hated seeing such abuse hurled at another woman. I don't particularly see myself as a feminist (or at least I don't label myself as such) but I will always stand up for what's right and support women by adjusting their crown rather than tell the whole world it was crooked. These aren't my words but from an amazing quote, I read today.
So, today, I dedicate this Friday to all women. You are awesome. You are beautiful. You are strong. You are resilient. You are a queen! So wear that crown with pride, and never let anybody take it from you.
